Testimonials
Read AllI wanted to place on record my thanks for the excellent service provided to us in changing the locks on our newly acquired home and installing new locks and door furniture. The service the company provided was timely and excellent in quality at a very reasonable price. I would be more than happy to recommend the company to others seeking similar work.
Highly recommended! They have gone above and beyond to help me out and I am grateful for the wonderful service I was provided. It's very stressful having car issues so it gave me a lot of relief knowing that they had my back and did everything they can to help me out even after office hours.
Needed a couple of keys cut the guy was very quick and super friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Restricted keys can only be ordered by authorised signatories for your system.
Here’s how to replace one:

This ensures your security system remains protected and controlled.

I am trying to get a key cut to my apartment building and have been told that it is a restricted key. What does this mean?
A restricted key is a specially controlled key system designed to prevent unauthorised copying.
Unlike standard keys, restricted keys cannot be cut at any locksmith or hardware store.
Here’s what that means for you:
1. Extra Security
Restricted keys can only be duplicated by the locksmith or company that manages the system.
This protects the building by ensuring keys can’t be copied without approval.
2. Only Approved People Can Order Keys
Your building will have nominated signatories—usually a building manager, body corporate, or authorised staff member.
Only they can approve and request new keys.
3. You’ll Need Authorisation
To get a replacement or additional key, you’ll need the authorised person (e.g., body corporate or building manager) to submit the order on your behalf or give written approval.
4. Identification & Records Are Required
Every key cut is logged for security.
You may be asked to show ID or follow your building’s approval process.
How can I get a replacement key for my car?
The process for replacing a car key depends on the type of key your vehicle uses. Here’s how it works:
1. Identify Your Key Type
Car keys can be:
-
Standard non-transponder keys (older vehicles)
-
Transponder keys
-
Remote central locking keys
-
Smart proximity keys / push-button start keys
If you’re unsure, we can help identify it.
2. Contact a Professional Automotive Locksmith
A qualified locksmith can:
-
Cut a new key
-
Program a transponder chip or remote (if required)
-
Supply and code smart/proximity keys for many vehicle models
Locksmiths often provide faster and more cost-effective service than dealerships.
3. Provide Vehicle Details
To replace your car key, you’ll likely need to provide:
-
Vehicle make, model, and year
-
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
-
Proof of ownership (e.g., registration or ID)
4. On-Site Assistance if Keys Are Lost
If all keys are lost, mobile technicians can often come to your location to:
-
Unlock the vehicle
-
Cut and program a new key on-site
5. Dealership Option
For some newer or specialty vehicles, you may need to go through the dealership.
A locksmith can advise you whether this is necessary.
