Ruswin Celebrates Hollie McIntosh: “Inspiring Apprentice of the Year”

Ruswin is proud to celebrate Electronic Security Apprentice, Hollie McIntosh, who has been awarded the TAFE Queensland “Busy at Work Inspiring Apprentice of the Year” recognition.

This prestigious honour is awarded to an apprentice who has overcome challenges, shown exceptional resilience, and made a meaningful difference within their workplace and community. As finalists from all award categories are considered, this award stands as one of the most significant achievements of the evening.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Hollie has become an invaluable member of the Ruswin team. Her commitment to mastering new technologies, often through sheer persistence continues to impress everyone who works with her. She sets the standard for professionalism: always eager to learn, always willing to support her colleagues, and consistently performing above expectations.

In an industry still largely male-dominated, Hollie has forged her own path with determination, humility, and grit. She leads by example, earning respect not through words, but through action. Her success not only reflects her own capabilities but helps open doors for more women pursuing careers in technical trades.

Hollie’s initiative, communication skills, and willingness to lend a hand both on-site and during training make her an asset not just to Ruswin, but to the wider electronic security industry.

We are incredibly proud of Hollie’s achievements and look forward to supporting her continued growth.

Congratulations, Hollie, this recognition is so well deserved!
